Meet Sabrina Yoniak

Sabrina is an art therapist with a specialization in counseling and has a background in working with individuals in an inpatient psychiatric setting, outpatient clinics, and through community based individual and group settings.

She works from an art as therapy approach, where the work and healing are found throughout the art-making process rather than only in the end product. Sabrina uses person-centered art therapy approaches to help clients explore their inner selves, develop coping skills for life stressors, and freely express themselves in a safe and nonjudgmental space.
